Pride to me is being able to look back and seeing how far you have come. It’s about recognising what you’ve achieved and being able to congratulate yourself for it. As well as the result, it’s also the ability to feel proud of everything you overcame to reach that point and grateful for the people that helped you along the way.

I am so proud of the community we have created through Rock n Road Runners, welcoming individuals of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. From somebody’s first 5km to completing ultramarathons, every individual is supported and encouraged, without distinction.

I know that I could never have achieved half of what I have without the belief or support of the Rock n Road Runners group and I’m so proud to be a part of it.
